Science and policy are often described as two worlds that need to work more closely together. But what does effective engagement actually look like in practice?
In this first webinar in "FST Future Leaders: The Big Questions", our Future Leaders will explore how researchers, policymakers and others working across science and technology can build more meaningful relationships, communicate evidence effectively and understand the different pressures and perspectives that shape decision-making.
The discussion will consider what makes science-policy engagement work, where it can go wrong, and what both communities can do differently to make those interactions more useful and impactful.
